Program Overview

A Sales Merchandising and Retailer Enhancement Plan is provided to each Retailer and consists of the following:

  • Timeframe to perform a makeover for each store.
  • Details on what each store makeover entails.
  • Proposed materials to be used for each store enhancement.
  • A sketch of the proposed makeover for the selected store.
  • Proposed staff that will perform the makeover.
  • Details on how each store will be maintained after the makeover.

Once the enhancement is complete, VSC ensures that these store locations are well maintained post enhancement and provides an ongoing plan to keep these stores well maintained to ensure increased traffic.
