Detailed Overview of Services

VSC provides support for gaming system configuration, integration, testing, and deployment. VSC leads deployment of all Retail POS terminals throughout the retailer network, including inventory management, Out of Box Testing (OBT), preventive maintenance; and testing and management of service escalation protocols to ensure security protocols and gaming industry regulatory standards are consistently maintained and tested while attaining and maintaining per device sales targets.

VSC hires, trains, and manages staff for the Customer Support Center (CSC), all technology, reporting, back office, and operations. VSC provides expert asset management, oversight of fleet management performance; quality assurance (QA) of operations; adherence to Office of Lottery and Gaming/DC Lottery service level agreements (SLA); preventative maintenance schedule development, implementation, and reporting.

VSC provides oversight and management of the communications network to ensure maximum uptime. VSC serves as the primary liaison to the District of Columbia Lottery to ensure adherence to and execution of all contract deliverables. This includes oversight of all Back Office Systems (BOS) to meet the DC Lottery’s needs, problem identification/resolution, functionality, testing, and general oversight and management of BOS system migration to next-generation technology.

VSC partners with Intralot corporate marketing to lead and manage all functions associated with the in-jurisdiction marketing and promotions, including, but not limited to supporting program planning, channel mix planning, game design, game matrices for specific products, game features and marketing, and other strategic marketing and planning activities.
